Mr. Marco Conti, President of YISMES, boasts many years experience in China, where he lives and works and, where he founded a qualified and specialized business consulting company more than ten years ago. He consults many European companies, Italian Regions, Institutions and Chambers of Commerce, as well as Chinese fairs organizers. He developed a specilised knowledge of the fair sector in China which allows him to operate in this field efficiently. Through another consulting company, which he opened in Hong Kong a few years ago, he extended the supply of his services to the city of Hong Kong and other Asian countries.

Asia Manager
Ms. Sara Zago obtained a master degree in Languages and Economy of East Asia – with a specialty in Chinese and China. After two studying experiences in Beijing in 2010 and 2012, she has been living in China since the beginning of 2014. She works for YISMES as well as a consulting company advising international businesses. Her experience in the fairs sector started in 2014: since then she has been part of the team providing the full package of services for the Italian and Brazilian exhibitors of Xiamen Stone Fair; she has been cooperating for the organization of the Italian Pavilion at the Shenzhen International Furniture Exhibition, as well as organizing B2B meetings for the exhibitors of CHIC Fair in Beijing in 2014. She also has relevant experience in organizing B2B meetings and visit programs for delegations both in China and in Europe, as well as company and products presentations and promotional activities for companies in various fields.

Mr. Cesare Tazzini
Europe and Middle East Manager
Architect and founding member of YISMES Co. Ltd., Mr. Cesare Tazzini has been working for 30 years in the international exhibition sector. In the past he covered the position of General Director of the International Marble and Machinery Fair of Carrara – Italy. His long experience as organizer of fairs in Italy and as a representative of international fairs, especially in the field of stone industry, enabled him to strengthen his contacts with the most important fair organizers and trade associations in the world. He has been operating in the Chinese market since 1994. He is one of the architects who design the booths for the events managed by the company.

Ms. Maria Emanuela Baruzzo
Sales and Marketing Manager
After years spent in French-speaking Switzerland, Ms. Maria Emanuela Baruzzo studied languages at the Goethe Institut in Germany and the Pitzer College in Claremont U.S.A.. She began her working career in the trade fairs organization in the 90’ taking care of the foreign delegations at International Fair of Marble and Machinery of Carrara, Italy. Since than she has been working at the Italian branch TC&T Srl where she deals with the promotion and sales of the fairs represented by the company abroad. As a consultant, she covered the position of project manager of the CarraraMarmotec Fair, Italy in 2010 and 2012. She has a long lasting experience in the specific field of the stone industry exhibitions, both in Italy and abroad, dealing with the major trade fairs organizers.

Promotion Manager
Mr. Giovanni Tonelli started to work in 2008 for the Italian branch TC&T Srl. He is in charge of promoting the fairs organized in Italy beside to manage and promote the foreign trade fairs. He carries out the work of coordinating with customers, as well as with foreign trade associations.
